xml sitemap for google not being read

  • As you can see when google goes to get the sitemap it has no idea what type it is and google is not able to fetch the sitemap. Any ideas?? From someone out in cyberland

    PLEASE HELP

    On my XML Sitemap settings where it usually says notify Google if there are any changes to your website, I see this instead:

    Inaddition to this Google is not able to index my pages,
