xml sitemap error

I installed SEO plugin on https://100eight.com
I tried to generate the XML sitemap and receive this error:https://100eight.com/sitemap_index.xml
This page contains the following errors:
error on line 7 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.What is wrong, and how do I fix it? I updated to wordpress 3.5.1 and most recent Yoast, but still having this issue.
