    Hi support team,

I am working on a new website. On December 28th and 29th I published two posts on my website: Test 1 and Test 2.

The two posts however are not included in the sitemap. The sitemap contains only my pages. In Yoast SEO I’ve set both pages as posts to be indexed.

I don’t understand. Could you please help me?

I am using theme Twenty Twenty (child theme).

    Marco

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

We went to your post sitemap here https://www.postblokkade.nl/post-sitemap.xml and both posts appear. Can you confirm that you see this on your end?

    Hi,

Yes, I can see the two posts now. I didn’t realize that there’s a difference between a page-sitemap.xml and post-sitemap.xml. I thought all pages and posts were included in one sitemap.xml

    Thanks for your reply!

I’ve one further request though: could you please remove the URL of my website from your answer? Otherwise it will be visibile in Google Search results till the end of time. I thought that for that reason it’s not done to put URL’s in posts on this forum.

    Thx!
