XML- Sitemap 404 Not Found

Hi, I activated the XML-Sitemap but when I try to see it, I got a 404 Error… In my logs I found multiple attempts von Googleboots trying to acces to the Sitemaps and got as well the same error: Page not Found…
Could you help me please? What is happening?
