xml files are generating 404 error

For the mentioned page, it attempts to load an XML file through https://cranedale.com/cranedaleassets/virtualtour/view1.xml which before URL change is https://cranedale.com/wp-content/uploads/virtualtour/view1.xml but either this is loading.
Can you check after wp hide disable which is the actual XML URL?

Is there a plugin which you use to create those files?

thanks for great support sorry it was my mistake i had not fully checked
seems like the plugin had created cranedaleassets/virtualtour/view1.xml in root of wp so i copied it to wp-content/uploads and it fixed it.

this is the plugin which it was using its adding i frame into wp page
