    I was able to get it working for myself by Network Deactivating and then activating specifically for the site I needed it on. So it seemed like a multi-site issue but I don’t know enough to be certain.

    I also faced this issue, But this is fixed as my XML file is currupted.

    In my case it happened as my IP changed (while importing) and my file contains special characters. Also my feed contains items in multiple languages.

    Now I’ve got the similar problem.

    I’m choosing file to upload and nothing happens, I see only “Choose file to upload…”.
    When I’m clicking “Next” I See “XML/CSV file must be specified”

    I’m not using Multisite, have only one language, my XML file is not corrupted (because it worked at the first time).

    Any ideas?

    I am experiencing this same issue. I upload an xml file (validated by multiple online XML validators), click next and am bounced back to the same screen, sometimes with no message, sometimes with the “XML/CSV file must be specified” message.

    My issue was solved by changing the session handling setting.
