Okay this is more for Who ever uses Rectron and Frontosa Feeds in xml or json

running cron jobs in cpanel to download the xml file automatically trying to convert them into csv using cron

has anyone had luck with these suppliers and this pro version of the plugin

Seems when says supports xml feeds it actually doesnt it depends on the XML file :/ So if i dont figure this out im just going the refund route.

great plug in otherwise but if its in XML expect issues or no issues only way to test is on the pro version so after you paid :/

well this is more for who ever plans on buying your plug in that uses these two feeds

working on a script to run via cron job see if i can get it to work

I dont understand why Premium is not to be discussed? No where can i find the fault cause you only have tutorials on your site no forum thread to discuss faults and see what fixes were implemented like on here for example.

Spoke to your agent Alan was helpfull to a point little slow in replies (maybe timezone difference)
however i dont understand how a XML feed work for one and not the other so working on a script to convert xml to csv under cron jobs in cpanel so i can use that.

never thought id have to do brain work on this.

    Hi @techguysa,

In the case of XML files, a specific file format is required for the import to work properly. In most cases, the XML file will be compatible by default however if it’s not compatible then we can check the possibility of providing a snippet for the premium version plugin.
