XML Feed problem

    Hi !

    I have a problem with my XML feed. The name of the XML file present on the website in the “Upload” folder is different from that displayed on the Pinterest account. So, this causes synchronization problem.
    Unfortunately, I can’t edit the file name on the plugin side and on the Pinterest account side.
    How can I solve this problem ? Change file name ?

    Hope you are doing well!

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync”
    3. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    4. Go to the Connection tab on ?”Marketing > Pinterest”
    5. Disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”?
    6. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point, no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest, and no feed registered on Pinterest—
    7. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    8. Restart the Pinterest onboarding?
    9. Wait for 24hs until Pinterest approves the catalog

    Hi !

    I followed your instructions step by step. No worries except in the planned actions. I still had some in progress, so I deleted them manually. I left those “Complete” status.

    Sorry to have taken so long to answer you but I also had the support of Pinterest which checks certain things on their side.

    I’ll let you know if this correctly generates the feed URL on the website and especially on the Pinterest account.

    Hi !

    Everything is ok regarding the module configuration. However, the feed does not appear on the Pinterest account after several days : https://www.pinterest.fr/product-catalogs/

    Do I have to create it manually now?

    Can you share with us a screenshot of your /wp-admin part of your site? you will need to go to “Marketing > Pinterest” please send as a screenshot of the 3 tabs.

    Hi !

    I did what you asked but it generates a log with the word “sync” every time : “pinterest-for-woocommerce-product-sync-202-02…”.

    EDIT : Sorry. Finally I managed to generate the correct file. However, how do I share it with you privately ?

    We need to launch marketing campaigns from tomorrow so the catalog should appear on the Pinterest.com account. If it is not possible to find a solution for this to do it automatically, can I manually create the catalog on Pinterest.com by using the feed generated by the plugin ?

    Ok, manual catalog creation is in progress. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have the logs.

    However, I noticed something weird on the Pinterest.com account. To access the catalogs, I go to the navigation menu “Ads” > “Catalogs”. But the link is not good and generates an error page :
    https://www.pinterest.com/product-catalogs/?advertiserId=XXXXXXXXX

    While the correct working link should be :
    https://www.pinterest.fr/product-catalogs/data-source/?advertiserId=XXXXXXXXX

    Normal ?
