Sorry to hear your XML feed is empty! Please head to the main settings page. You can get there at any time by going to?Marketing?>?Pinterest, and then to the?Settings?tab.
Make sure Product Sync > Enable Product Sync is enabled.

If yes, please check the XML link to see if it is empty leaving your store.
If the XML is also empty, please attach your System Status Report with us.
You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Download for support (after you scroll down a bit).
