Hi, Wondering if anyone can help or throw me some pointers.

I’ve built a shop that takes all it’s products from an XML feed from Volo. On random imports the products will show without images, stock quantities, titles or a combination of all three. This is fixed temporarily when I use the ‘Regenerate Product Lookup Tables’ tool but requires me to publish the products again through Volo. Is there something that can cause the Product Lookup Tables to malfunction?

Any help on why this might be happening is very much appreciated. I’m running the latest version of WP and WC.

@fateskimo This depends on the plugin that is importing the data and how the data is being added to the store. If the proper functions within WooCommerce are not being used, then the product lookup tables will not be generated correctly as the data is added to the products.

You may need to reach out to the developer of the plugin you are using for the feed to notify them of the issue.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
