    Test to see whether the same thing happens when you add the same xlsx file via Dashboard > Media > Add New. If it is, then it’s a server configuration issue, and not necessarily directly related to BuddyPress Docs.

    Thanks Boone. My apologies, I put this in the wrong context. I switched to BuddyDrive and keep using them interchangeably. We resolved the issue.
