XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed

Not very well supported, as others have mentioned, but will most likely work for most people.

This plugin did not work for us because we sell to Belgium and The Netherlands. They don’t have states there, so WC automatically removes the ‘state’ option from checkout.

Unfortunately, this plugin returns an error when the “state” value is missing.
