xhtml meta title tag editing

    I am a newbie!! I have just made my first WP site on 30/5/15 , and just want to edit the meta title tag as below but don’t know how to do it.

    <meta charset=”UTF-8″>
    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width”>
    <title>james havill music | Just another WordPress site</title>
