inside Custom Action the field has value “mobile_number”
Is that correct?
Or it must have value “um_custom_validate_mobile_number” ???

You replace all mobile_number with your decimal number field name.

Can you provide us the php code for
numeric field with 2 decimal points ???

eg. the user types 45,249 and the field accepts 45,24
or with rounded result 45,25

and if user uses . for decimal point ???

Can we have in Validate combo a predefined validaton eg. 99,99 ???

Let’s have a field
Meta Key: balance
It must be currency field having 2 digits after decimal point
user types a number with any digits after decimal point and the field accepts
number with only 2 digits after decimal point

eg. 125 > 125
125,2 > 125,20
125,24 > 125,24
123456,25689742 > 123456,25

This will be a two step solution based on the above link for validating the user input and after getting valid input by the user your formatting rules will be added to the meta value.
