X Time Since Login

    Hi

    I have set up an ‘X Time since Last Login’, with a delay of 5 weeks… am I correct in thinking that this will send the email chosen, 5 weeks after the users last login?

    Also, does this only consider future events, because so far it hasn’t sent any emails and I know there are a number of users who are over 5 weeks since last login. I was hoping that on initial setup up it would check which users were over 5 weeks, then send them the chosen email.

    Hi damian,

    Yes, that is correct. A send event with action type “X Time Since Last Login” and a delay of “5 Week(s)” would send out an email to users who have not logged in at least once in the last 5 weeks.

    It would indeed only apply the moment the send event has been created, i.e. future events. It cannot work retroactively.
