x Error: Join Now

    I installed the plugin a few days ago and successfully tested it with my Aweber account. Today, every time I click on the Join Now button, it results in a “x Error:” appearing on the button in front of “Join Now”, after a delay of a couple of seconds.

    Tried in different browsers, same result every time. Tried reconnecting to Aweber with a new authorization code, same result. Tried deactivating and reactivating, same result. Did not try re-installing.

    Any possibility that the latest update introduced a new bug? Any way for me to debug what the problem might be?

  • Hi ilyusha, check your mailing list (your AWeber account) if its active or not. Also can you specify the error message so we can help you further.

    Hi nob1, the mailing list is certainly active, I used the built-in Aweber signup form with no problems.

    There is no error message. I explained the behavior above: Once I click on the “Join Now” button, after a couple of seconds its label changes to “x Error: Join Now”, the lightbox stays on, no redirection to any pages occurs, no signup at Aweber is recorded.
