x-cache is not working with wpdm

  • I am using the WPDM plugin, but when I use the plugin, ‘x-cache=miss’ is showing. When I disable the plugin, it works fine. I am using Cloudways server. Is there any problem with the plugin? I have been experiencing this issue since the last update.

    So, far we haven’t received such a report as of now.

    Can you please try after clearing the Cloudways server caching or check the configuration setting as well.

    If the problem still exists then please share your related page URL where we can check the issue.

    Can you please try using a cache plugin?

    That might solve the issue if this is happening due to some dynamic content created by WPDM.
