"x" Button on Frontend Editor not working.

The x button on the visual composer when I visit the site is not working. When I click it, it only scrolls me to the top.
Here is the screenshot of the x button not working.
It should remove the other tools beside it when that button is click but instead it just scrolls it up to the top..
