WYSIWYG editor – not all buttons there???

  • I am new to WordPress and looked at a bunch of the WYSIWYG forum discussions, but couldn’t find an answer to my question.

    In my documentation for my theme installation and use, it shows some of the WordPress WYSIWYG editor screens, and shows more than the single row of buttons that mine seems to have. I do NOT have anything for font style, size or color changes (which shows in the doco). Are these additional buttons a plugin I have to install? Or, am I just missing something? I upgraded to 2.9.2 today and no changes.

  • what happens if you click the kitchen sink button above the editor? The square one with all the colors.
