WYSIWYG editor does not work – theme problem

  • Hi, i am having problem with the WYSIWYG editor within my own theme, whenever i want to make something bold, link etc. It shows up in the editor but does not show on the actual page. Anyone knows where could be an error in my theme? thanks for reply:)

    If you save a post, leave that page, and come back, is the text still bolded in the WYSIWYG editor?

    Also, check to see if the theme is styling the <b> element or <a> element to supress the normal styles you’d look for.

    In general, if you provide a link to your site and more concrete examples, people will have a better chance of helping you.

    heya, i fixed it today:), I just needed to change —> the_excerpt() function to —> the_content() in the place where i display content of the post. link

    Before i could insert link etc. in WYSIWYG editor, but it did not appear on a page. When i was leaving editor and coming back, link, bold etc. was still there.
    Could you do a favour for me, i need to check if logo on this website link appears correctly(centered left top corner) on IE9 on Windows 7. If you have one, could you please check it for me. thank you
