WYSIWYG Editor Buttons Not Working

  • At some I point increased the sized of the text field, since then certain buttons that are furthest to the right on the WYSIWYG editor will show as clickable but when I hover the mouse over them nothing happens, I can’t click them at all.

    This occurs in all internet browsers and when I attempt to shrink the window it only let me condense it vertically, not horizontally.
