www.templateSOLD.com is not appearing when I try to install after paying $ 89.00

  • Dear www.remarpro.com Customer Support Personnel,
    As I always saw last year on your simple script page of ipage.com hosting company, to buy the themes and the templates from https://www.tamplateSOLD.com,
    First I visited their webpage and I found out if I buy one template then I will pay USD $ 29.00 and if I subscribe with USD $ 89.00 then I have free access and I can use and download any Template I like so I went through and I did pay the USD $ 89.00, first I couldn’t access my account after I paid, then I contacted my Credit Card Company and their I Pay website that accept Credit Cards and we sorted the problems but now I found out that I can’t download Templates of WordPress and use it on my account at https://www.ipage.com ? wasn’t better to donate this money for WordPress directly and we could use the templates we want? I just don’t know why is all that, as I found a link to donate to WordPress ? same time WordPress selling its templates on www. templateSold.com and we can’t use it ? also I found another website selling the same templates but cheaper as it asks only for USD $ 59.00 to subscribe for a whole year, but sure I won’t pay a cent any-more, I just want WordPress Customer Support Personnel to clarify this situation and till now when I try to access WordPress directly I find down the add of templateSold ? but it disappears when I click on it?

    I think you have a misunderstanding here: those sites you mention have nothing at all to do with this place, www.remarpro.com.

    www.remarpro.com only distributes open source software and doesn’t charge anyone anything.

    If you have a dispute with those companies, please take it up with them. There isn’t anything anyone here can do about that.

    Well I never heard about TemplateSOLD until I signed up by Hosting Company and at t’s cPanal, there are Simple Script and WordPress, then down under in the Simple Script page and WordPress page there are a sentence that mentions that for primum Templates are sponsorship by TemplateSOLD, otherwise I would never hear about it, so how come that they are not responsible about wasting money for nothing, even when I download a Template from TemplateSOLD, there is no program like Web Expression or Web Matrix can use it ! please let me know how I can use these templates and which program I shall buy to use it ?

    I’ve never heard of them either. But as you’ve apparently paid them, you really need to get documentation from them on how to install their theme. We don’t support commercial themes here or support possibly dodgy companies.

    I believe it has to do with the fact that when creating a site here or somewhere in connection with this site, their web site pops up. I have seen it and that is how I found it. They are a ripoff site. Sitejabber.com gives them less than 2 stars. I am trying to get money back myself.
