www.mysite.com different from mysite.com

Hello.

I’ve had a lot of issues with my website lately. Including some malware. I tried some extensions, I tried cloudflare, I was looking to increase the speed of the whole thing. So I’ve changed the DNS at some point (now reverted), and I thought that the difference between https://www.escapads.com (seems to work) and escapads.com (broken) was from the DNS. My host (1and1) said no, it had to do with wordpress.
I’m thinking about backing up everything, doing a clean install and reinstalling all the posts, themes, plugins but it will take a looong time.

Why is my site broken? any idea? .htaccess?
