Website is down for at least 12 hours

  • Hi all. Is anyone else having problems with their site? I haven’t touched my site since Thursday (no new blog posts, page updates, or plug-in updates at all) and it was working fine on Friday. When I tried to get into my dashboard last night, I couldn’t–and my website would not load either. Still having the same problem this morning. It’s Go Daddy hosted, but I don’t see any messages from their side about any problems. Thanks in advance.

    I learned that there’s no reported outages (which made me think…well,except mine…). If I can’t get onto my wordpress dashboard either, wouldn’t that mean the problem lies with my wordpress account?

    I can go to their online systems alert reporter and see that there are “No Significant Issues” reported at present, but what I was asking, is have you had a chance to actually contact a support representative and ask them to cover the basic domain access troubleshooting check list, before you decide to start troubleshooting WordPress?

    I was on the phone with Go Daddy for quite a while. My site was back up and running earlier, but I still couldn’t get into the dashboard. Now my site is down again and I can’t get into my dashboard, so I’m back at square one.
