    Hi Ron.

I apologize for the technical issues you encounter.

Would you mind giving us more information on what went wrong?

Simple, we had Pojo Accessibiliy plugin on auto-update and Elementor ALLY replaced it and that turned off all Accessibility. This happened on over 40 of our client’s websites. We had to remove all installs of ALLY and revert to our old (simple) version of Pojo.

    HI Ron,

I appreciate the feedback, and I will report this to our team. It happened due to the connection to an Elementor account, which should be seamless.

    I apologize for the trboule.

    Hi Ron,

Would you mind elaborating on the update itself?

Since the new feature requires manual update, were they performed by each website owner?

The existing Pojo plugin was setup for auto-update. It updated and activated Ally on all 40 sites. Doing this turned off the existing Pojo accessibility on all sites. On all sites, I removed Ally and went back to Pojo (using MainWP) and the accessibility returned on all sites.
