    Please take a look at the instructions in the FAQ Admin Page (added to your dashboard when you installed the plugin) as well as the readme file.

    You enter your questions and answers in the WordPress page / post editor, where you would enter any other content. Type a question, type an answer after it, format the question as a heading, and repeat.

    Thank you. Frustrated, I apologize.

    Here is what I want to post within a page-

    Question: What is a loan?
    Answer (inexpanding text): A loan is a…….

    Can you show me where to put these [bg_faq_start] [bg_faq_end] shortcodes to do that? What headers (H6?) I am not a complete moron but for some reason I can not make sense of getting this to work. Thank you!

    You can use any heading other than heading 6 to make it a question.
    You can have as many question / answer sets as you want between the two shortcodes. So it could say…

    [bg_faq_start]
    <h1>What is a loan?</h1>
    A loan is a ….
    <h1>Why should I get a loan?</h1>
    If you need additional funds to buy a house or a car…
    <h1>How did you make this animated Q&A feature?</h1>
