[wt-custom-fields-table] display problems

The [wt-custom-fields-table] shortcode has two problems displaying info when arguments are used.

[wt-custom-fields-table custom-field-groups=’measurements’] causes the table to not render at all…it only displays a spinning wheel. Measurements is a defined custom field group.

[wt-custom-fields-table custom-field-restrict-row=’any’] doesn’t seem to have any effect. The table still displays all the blank dates even when no custom field data is entered for that day.
