WSI doesnt work

  • Hi,

    I have upgraded WSI and i recently find the WSI doesnt appear on my website at all despite all settings being set correctly.

    Is it because I have a double slider/floating vertical banner at the sides of the website called “Float Left Right Advertising”?

    Please guide.
