Wshk Pro Purchase Issue

I’m currently using WSHK free version. I want k buy the Pro version. However the NIF/CIE/NIE request doesn’t work for freighters who don’t have Spanish ID. I’m happy to buy the Pro version? I somehow can’t because if this issue. Please help
