Wrong week day created for recurring events

    I’m experiencing the same issue that was unresolved in this thread. I cannot resolve the issue as the other poster did, as adding new events does not fix the problem. I add a recurring event to show on the third Wednesday of every month; however, the date and time of each single event that is created is set to the Tuesday just before the Wednesday I have selected. This is also causing the first event in the recurring event pattern not to be created.

    As an update, this appears to be a problem that impacts only the MONTHLY dropdown option. Daily, Weekly, and Yearly do not cause the 1 day offset bug. But selecting MONTHLY recurring events always causes the issue.

    do you have sample link to your site with this issue for us to see and analyze? also, can I know when is this issue started and is this working previously (before updating) ?
