wrong vat calculation

Hi,

here is a screenshot of one order : https://ibb.co/ZzDMWHb
showing a total of 29€ and a vat amount of 5€.
this is wrong: as the vat is 21%, the vat amount should be 6.09 (i.e 29*0.21)
I have this problem on all my orders.

Also note I have activated the “Prices including tax – Experimental Behavior” of woocommerce described here
