Wrong user name

  • It seems a user with an ‘inactive’ account was making changes to the site. Upon investigation in the revisions section of a page I learned that it was in fact an active user who made the change. For some reason the wrong user was shown in the admin list.

    The plugin gets the information from the WordPress function?get_the_modified_author()?(more info here:?get_the_modified_author()).

    We show the information of this function. And this function show the display name of the last user: $last_user->display_name. Can you check what the user that made the modifications has configured as display_name and see if this has something to do with the username shown?

    Unfortunately we can’t reproduce your problem on our side to try to debug it.
