Wrong user data displayed

When the plugin is on I am facing an issue. Whoever logs in can see the data and personal information on the account of a different user as though they are that person.

For Example

Person A logs but the site believes Person B has logged in and show their profile information- which they can also edit.

This only happens when the plugin is active
