Hello. If I send a newsletter with a link or blog posts, when I click on them, a url appears that does not work, for example domain.com/?nltr=MTk5OzA7aHR0cHM6Ly9pc290ZXEuaHUvYnVkYXBlc3QteGkta2VydWxldC0zLzs7MDEwNDkwYjhlNDhlY2Y3ODA4YzNkMzQ4MGYw MjE2OTU%3D

I have tried deactivating tracking and modifying the hosting’s php but nothing works. I have also done downgrades.

    Thank you in advance,

    Angel

Hi, that url format is correct, it is a tracking url. If it does not work when clicked (it does not redirect to the correct url) something is blocking it. What happens when clicked?

If you don’t want the tracked urls, you can disable them on the newsletter settings, or generally on the Newsletter plugin main settings.

It worked. I already turned it off in the main settings, but I didn’t notice that there was such an option within the specific newsletter. Thank you very much.
