Wrong url’s in post images

    Hi

    I have recently changed my wordpress and blogadress and now all the image url’s in the post are wrong. When I try to upload new images in a post it still looks for the wrong folder.

    Does anybody know what to do?

    I moved to a different directory.

    from /directory/blog

    to

    /directory/

    Now it puts directory/blog/wp-content/uploads/image.jpg instead of /directory/wp-content/uploads/image.jpg

    Im not sure what you mean by

    Can anybody help me here?

    I changed the site location url in the mysql from /directory/blog

    to /directory/ and that works fine but i can not upload pictures it says “Unable to create directory”

    What can I do?

    You will need to chmod your wp-content folder to 777 the 1st time you upload. You should be able to chmod back to 755 and it work. However, for some reason some servers must stay at 777 – which is a security risk.
