Wrong url’s for guest authors

    Thanks for the great plugin. I tested it and noticed that the guest author URLs don’t work properly. We use the popular plugin Co-Authors Plus (CAP) for this. A guest author xml sitemap is generated (guest-author-sitemap.xml) but the URLs in this sitemap all give 404 errors.

    The URLs in the sitemap look like this:
    https://DOMAIN.COM/?post_type=guest-author&p=ID

    …while the plugin’s URLs have a structure like:

    https://DOMAIN.COM/author/name/

    Any idea how to get this working?
