Wrong URL for multisite to tabbed sections (bug version 2.20.5)

Hi,
I was a bit disappointed with the top level menu for this kind of plugin, although I understand the case for visibility. So, in all means, thank you for this great plugin!
I am happy that you provide the option to remove this menu item in 2.20.5.
But I noticed that there is a bug if the plugin is network activated on a multisite install.There is no problem with the general settings page URL, but when I try to access the other tabs (Setting, Logs or Debug) I get a blank page. This is because the URL is wrong, I believe. The following URL is provided for the Settings tab:
.../wp-admin/network/options-general.php?page=limit-login-attempts&tab=settingswhile for a multisite install it should be
.../wp-admin/network/settings.php?page=limit-login-attempts&tab=settingsThanks!

I can confirm this bug, I get a 404 error. The tabs links points to options-general.php but If I manualy write on the browser https://myurl.com/network/settings.php?page=limit-login-attempts&tab=settings it works.
Also if I change my settings I cannot save (I get 404 error)
line 591 is
$uri = network_admin_url( 'options-general.php?page=limit-login-attempts' );
and should be
