Wrong translation displayed

I translated https://www.spinips.com in https://www.spinips.com/en (WP Multisite) and everything worked except for the text “Interior design e complementi d’arredo” displaying on the main menu under Markets as you can see here:
https://www.spinips.com/en/markets/interior-design/Is there anyone who can explain this anomaly?
