    Hello,

    I had in the month april 3 invoices where the total amount was not correct. I had one time a shortage of €4,10 and €4,99 and %0,25 .

    Are you able to replicate the issue on test orders that you make from your end? This will help us understand the issue even further.

    I already tried one order with the same items, as the order with the biggest difference, on the staging site. But all went ok this time. Average we have about 50 order per month. Should I make 50 orders or more and if yes where must I look at? In my opinion, the mistake takes place somewhere in the checkout before agreeing to pay.

    To move forward in a positive direction, I suggest setting up a staging site and conducting a conflict test. This approach will assist us in pinpointing the issue and resolving it effectively.

    You may use the WP Staging plugin for creating a staging site.

    I can’t reproduce the issue.

    So, I will wait until the new month (july) when I do the bookkeeping and will then see if there are any issues in the live program. When I see no issues then I will close this conversation.
