Sorry I cleaned up too much ??

So I made them again. The only similarity between the three issues is the pay way Ideal. When you add up all items separately by hand on the invoice, then there is already a difference between the total off WooCommerce.

For these three orders, could you please share screenshots of the items in the order and the total amount paid? I want to learn more about what was billed and what should’ve been billed. If you can also share the links to said items, I’ll try to add them to the cart to see if we can replicate this issue in any way.

If we need to set up any specific address for tax and shipping purposes please do share a test address from your location we can use including the zip code.

To learn, what is billed and what you should have been billed, I tried to recalculate the Order ID #12030 in my Excel program. Here is a screenshot:

I noticed the total is slightly off.
WooCommerce has 128,65 and I have 132,74.

Could you please confirm if you are referring to this discrepancy?

Yes, I confirm this discrepancy.

The other discrepancy is WOO = € 45,27 and should be € 50,36 and another WOO= € 42,89 and should be € 43,89.

Because I have a little webshop, it has effect on mine profit!

As I understand, the discrepancy is related with shipping settings, invoice functionality — and taxes, perhaps.

While taking a look at the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears the following plugins are currently activated:

• PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce: door WP Overnight – 3.8.2
• Conditional Shipping for WooCommerce: door Lauri Karisola / WP Trio – 3.2.0

Just to be sure, did you already have a chance to check if they are updated to their latest versions, and test with temporarily deactivating both of them and see if the issue persists? (In what appears in the order total, that is).

If the issue persists, while the two plugins mentioned above are deactivated, kindly share screenshots of the site’s tax settings screens, also, please.

Are you sure it isn’t a WOO bug?

We don’t have enough information about the issue to know that yet. We need to investigate it further to be sure.

I can’t deactivate the 2 plugins in the live situation!

It is important to consider as well a staging functionality so you don’t need to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

To confirm, this happened with 3 orders, but you did have other correct orders before and after that, right?

Can you please share screenshots of how you have this set up so we can take a look?

We need screenshots of:

• WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes
• WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes > Standard Rates
• If you have reduced rates and zero rates, please also share those

Can you please confirm which Tax class the products purchased on the orders are?

Yes, these 3 orders are involved. When I look back in my bookkeeping program e-Boekhouden.nl, I see no paying difference in 2022 when the shop started. In 2023 I see 13 differences over the whole year. The most are + or – € 0,01, there is one of +€1,29 and one of +€0,22. In Jan. 2024 I had one difference of -€0,01 and in Mar. 2024 I have 4 differences -€0,25 -€4,99 -€4,10 and +€0,02 . I don’t mind the €0,01/0,02 these are probably rounding Issues. Mostly the orders have a mix of VAT 9% and 21%.

I will set up a staging asap.
