    Hello,

I’m recently using your plugin in setting prices for user role
once I installed your plugin on my website, I found a bug related to the total price calculation in the cart page.
    I’m using Yith Product addons
let’s say we have product A with a 30$ price and an addon with a 5$ price.
while selecting the product and its addon on the single product page, it shows the total as 35$ and this is right.
but after going to the cart page, we will find that the total price in the cart is still 30$ which is the main product price. and the 5$ for the addon is not calculated.

this problem gone once i deactivated your plugin, which means your plugin is causing this.

Kindly advise me how this can be fixed

I need an option for fixing computability with other plugins for prices
Here is a screenshot from another plugin offering also prices per user role and they have this option
    Kindly check this image

We’ve met this problem while trying to use Yith product addons plugin

Kindly advise how to fix this problem, or provide me with a snippet to fix this problem

    Hi there,

Yep, that’s may happen with any price-modifying plugins. WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew isn’t integrated with Product Addons and there’s no quick fix to it that we could explain here. We will consider adding Addons integration to the next plugin update, however, our major priority is official Product Add-ons. If Yith one utilizes the same hooks\filters it may work for them as well, but can’t guarantee.

there is no solution for now? like a snippet to activate compatibility with other price plugins?
when this expected to be fixed?

Actually we’re facing a big problem here, Kindly do your best in fixing this, even with an addon specially for Yith Product addons
even with a snippet that can be replaced in functions.php , just check this yith product addons plugin, and try to but a little code for compatibility.

anything can help me for now
this is a real big problem

    Hi there,

Nope, there’s no such thing as a snippet that could make the plugin compatible with any other price-modifying plugins. Each plugin has its own way to calculate totals, using particular woocommerce hooks and filters, which may influence our methods of calculating costs and totals. That is why there should be full-scale integration of both plugins.

As said, we have plans to design compatibility with WooCommerce Product Add-ons in the next release, which is top priority. In case Yith Addons use the same way to add price in cart/checkout as official Addons, then compatibility may work for this plugin as well, but cannot guarantee.

    Have a good one
