Wrong total amount in Woocommerce Cart

    Hello All,

    It appeared to me that if I sell anything above 2200 eur, it shows in my cart as a negative amount. 2000 seems to work just fine, but 2200 seems to be the limit.

    I have a product that costs 2800 eur and in the cart it shows the following amount: -€1.494,97. On the product page itself it shows correctly, also during the checkout. It’s only the total amount in the cart that shows a weird (negative) amount.

    Any ideas on how to solve? I figured that this is caused by the Woocommerce Blocks plugin.

    Support is greatly appreciated.

    Can you send a screenshot of your cart, as well as a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’

    I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Thank you @exadio – I’ve tried duplicating this, but can’t seem to get the same results under any circumstance.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi Joey,

    Already did that, and figured that it is actually WooCommerce Blocks causing the issue. Using the default cart from WooCommerce doesn’t give any problems.

    Hi there,

    As my colleague mentioned, in his tests, he could not reproduce the issue with WooCommerce Blocks.

    So the issue is specific to the settings, plugins and theme on your site.
