    Today’s date 25th November 2013 – 6.52pm (UK time)

    My wordpress timezone in general settings is correct (Europe/Belfast);

    UTC time is 2013-11-25 18:52:30 Local time is 2013-11-25 18:52:30

    However on my calendar, the month view is displaying that today is 20th of November, clearly a few days behind but whenever I’m logged in as an admin & refresh the calendar it works perfectly. I’m assuming that my PHP & MYSQL timezones are fine as it works great when I’m logged in.

    Any ideas?

  • If it’s fine when you are logged in, could it be that you have a caching plugin and so are viewing cached pages (which are ‘frozen’ in time until they are refreshed at some periodic interval)?

    WOW! Can’t believe that I never thought of this!! **Blushes**

    Is there anyway that I could have this working in conjunction with wp-super cache without having to delete the cache on a regular basis?

    We can’t help with other plugins, but generally speaking caching plugins bake in a means of invalidating or ‘flushing’ the cache periodically (so pages are cached for a maximum of 1hr, for example, if that’s the period that works well for you).

    If you’ve already configured it to do so and don’t find it is clearing automatically you should probably touch base with the author of the caching solution – it may be that you need to tweak things by changing file permissions, finding an alternative means of triggering scheduled tasks or something else along those lines.

    Hope that helps!
