Wrong "Title" Retrieved for Facebook and G Shares

My site is https://www.thewirelessbanana.com
When a user selects FB like button or G+, it pulls the correct URL to share but the wrong “title” for that URL. I can’t find anything contributing to this.
Any guidance would be very appreciated.
