• I am using Version 3.2.4 & have searched the forum but can’t see an answer to this question though it must be quite common. This is the first time I have used this plugin to link Shopify to WordPress.

I would like to use the default pages so I have set up /shop/ to use the shortcode for collections on the assumption that everything else is pretty automatic.

All good until I click the link for an individual collection when the title of the page is ‘blog post’ and the breadcrumb is showing a link to Collections (title Archives:Collections) or click a product page link (title here is also Blog Post) and breadcrumb is Products> Product name (title again is Archives:Products)

    Any help would be great

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there,

    Couple things to check:

    1. Try flushing your rewrite rules by going to Settings - Permalinks. Then just click the save button. Once this is done, try checking the page links again.

    2. Within the plugin settings under the General section, do you have the correct default pages set?

Let me know if none of this works.

    Hi

Sorry about the late reply, I didn’t get notified.

I’ve flushed the permalinks and cleared the cache. No change.

In Settings>General for the plug in I have chosen to use the default pages and they are

Enable Default Pages – toggled to Y
    Default Products Page
    WP Shopify Products
    Default Collections Page
    WP Shopify Collections

Create Product Detail Pages? – toggled to Y
    Products Link To
    WordPress

    Is that correct?

    Product Links Open In
    Current tab / window
Only applicable if product link not set to ‘None’

    Thanks for your help

Thanks for checking, everything looks good.

I think I actually see the issue now. I believe this is because of the way your theme is setup.

Is that header area (where it says Blog Post and showing breadcrumbs) created by your theme or a page builder?
