Wrong time is used in the Mail Configuration

  • I create two jobs one runs on Monday at 9 pm and the other on Thursday at 9 pm.

    The server time display on the Mail Configuration page is showing the UTC time which is 5 hours ahead of our current time.

    So the jobs get triggered at between 4 and 5 pm.

    How do I get the plugin to use the local time.

    Also wordpress is set to New York for the timezone which is the correct one for our area.
