Wrong time format not many events

    I got that newsletter plugin as it integrated with events manager however when I use the events manager template
    Newsletters are sent in the wrong time format!
    But everything in my WordPress and in events manager is selected to show 12 hour format however the newsletter goes out in 24 hour format??
    Also only 10 events are sent even though I have a twenty going per week?
    I can’t select weekend events – the newsletter chooses which ones.
    Appreciate the help! I have the Pro version
