    Hello everyone,

I’m having quite an odd problem with my wordpress blog. As the topic says, when a post appears on the main page, it displays a wrong time as its time of creation. The time always, for all posts on the site, ranges within 1 and 9 minutes after the full hour. For example, a post I made today at 14:55 pm appeared on the site as made on 13:04 pm.

In the backend (“Manage Posts”), the correct time stamp for all entries is given, but it does not translate correctly to the main page. What can I do?

What might be of interest: I recently upgraded from 2.0 to 2.1.3, which otherwise seems to have gone well. I cannot remember if the problem existed before that, it just came to my attention as of today.
Also, I am using a 3rd party theme (“fspring” from fahlstad.se) that I have further customized myself. The time stamp format I am using is j.m.Y, H:m.
The problem occurs with all other themes too, though – even the WordPress Classic 1.5 and Default 1.6 ones.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

By the way: The same problem applies to all comments appearing on the page, too.

    – Why can’t I edit my previous post? ?? –

You have “j.m.Y, H:m” for your time format. “m” is the month, which is why in this month, all your posts are showing as 4 minutes past the hour. The code for minutes is “i”.

See https://www.php.net/date for the full list of codes.

Oh… oh. How embarassing. ?? I swear I copied that from the WordPress options, though… well. Thank you very much!
