Wrong textdomain

    Your translations from GlotPress is not working because of filename register (letters size).
    You plugin have files like:

    languages/Super-Socializer-ru_RU.mo
languages/Super-Socializer-ru_RU.po

    And your textdomain is Super-Socializer

    But translations from GlotPress looks like:

    super-socializer-ru_RU.mo
super-socializer-ru_RU.po

    And they are not working until their names will have the same size of letters:

    Super-Socializer-ru_RU.mo
Super-Socializer-ru_RU.po

    You should rename your translations (S -> s) and rename your text domain from Super-Socializer to super-socializer
