Wrong taxes on customized shipping rates

    Hi,

    we are customizing woocommerce package rates ‘cost’ via the filter ‘woocommerce_package_rates’, and it works correctly, new shipping cost are applied.

    The issue is that shipping taxes are still calculated on the original shipping cost instead of the new one.

    How can we fix this behaviour?
